Can you tell where the baby is?

The baby is getting so big that I can usually tell where he is positioned inside my belly just by pressing on my stomach. The other day I was laying in bed and looked down to see this bulge to the left. I'm not sure if it's a butt or head but I see it there often. Fun, huh? :)
